Today I am writing about Vincenzo Nibali’s Willier Bike Size 2022.
Vincenzo is such a star in the pro cycling world, and on his Sicily island, I will spare your time and jump straight into the nerdy content about his 2022 bike size and fit.
But for the sake of putting things in perspective, I will still mention that Vincenzo Nibali is a great rider to watch in mountain stages.
He is one of the fastest downhillers in the peloton.
Although he lost a bit of cadence in steep climbs as the year of retirement is around the corner, Vincenzo still races for podiums.
So Many Bikes
In 2022, Vincenzo Nibali returned to the Astana Qazaqstan team. A team he knows very well as he raced with Astana for four years from 2013 to 2016 (Yes, that’s four years).
At the time, Astana Pro Team was racing on Specialized bikes.
From there, he went racing for Bahrain-Merida for three years; on Merida bikes.
Then, two years with Trek-Segafredo, on Trek, I am sure you guessed it.
And this year, back to the Astana Qazaqstan team, on Wilier bikes.
That’s a lot of bikes to adapt to.
Vincenzo Nibali is meticulous about his bike and he does the cleaning and mechanic himself when not racing.
So he is the best person to ask about his bike fitting.
Wilier Zero SLR Bike size
Vincenzo Nibali is 1m81 tall and weighs 65kg and he races on the Wilier Zero SLR 2022 size L.
His saddle height is 758mm, measured from the center of the bottom-bracket to the center-top of the saddle. The seat post has a 15mm setback and the saddle is positioned at a 78mm setback.
The distance from the front of the saddle to the center of the handlebar is 598mm.
The stem is 110mm long and the handlebar width is 420mm.
Vincenzo Nibali rides with 172.5mm crank arm’s length. The pedals are the Look Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti.
Nibali wears Nimble cycling shoes, white color. If you look at the peloton, you’ll notice a trend for white color shoes.
