Domenico Pozzovivo is racing the season 2020-2021 UCI World Tour with NTT Pro cycling team. He is racing on the new BMC Teammachine SLR 01 Disc throughout the whole season.

The team NTT arrived on the Tour de France 2020 with the new BMC teammachine SLR 01 Disc. Visually the new bikes are black color with a red stem and top tube. The other change is a switch from Rotor crankset to the Shimano Dura Ace.

While the team has access to Enve Tubeless and tubulars, the Italian climber races mainly on Vittoria Corsa 25mm tubulars. 28mm section are fitted on classic races.

The Italian Climber’s BMC Teammachine Bike Fit

Pozzovivo is a lightweight climber. He measures 1m65 and weights 53kg at the top of the season.

Damenico races on the BMC Teammachine SLR 01 Disc size 47cm. BMC recommends the Size 47cm to riders shorter than 1m66. This is BMC smallest size.

The saddle is set at 655mm measured from the center of the top of the Selle Italia saddle. The seat post has 15mm offset and the saddle is set at 50mm setback.

The distance between the front of the saddle and the center of the handlebar is 526mm. The BMC stem is 120mm long. BMC handlebar is 380mm wide and covered with Enve bar tape.

The Shimano Dura Ace crankset is 170mm fitted with 53/39 teeth chainrings.
