Tour de France 2022’s Team Bikes and Riders

This is the most detailed page about the Tour de France 2022’s Team Bikes and Riders.
The biggest show on earth starts on July 1st in Denmark and ends on July 24th in Paris.
As there is plenty of information on the Tour de France 2022 on the web, I am not writing about the course which is on the official website linked here: https://www.letour.fr/en/overall-route

Instead, as always I am focussing my writing on the nerdy details of each team’s bikes and riders.
For some riders, you may click on his name and see the bike size and geometry details.

What are pros racing on the Vuelta a Espana 2021 ?

Are you wondering what are pros racing on the Vuelta a Espana 2021 ?

If so this post will feed your interest as I review each team’s roosters and depict on what are pros racing on the Vuelta a Espana 2021.

Looking for the latest? Check out the Vuelta a España 2025: Teams, Riders & Bikes Ultimate Guide here.

23 teams of 8 riders start the Spanish Grand Tour that is held for three weeks.

Among the 23 teams, 6 teams are racing with 12 speeds (Campagnolo / Sram)while the remaining 17 teams are racing with only 11 speeds (Shimano / FSA).

Only one team is racing with rim brakes, the Team Ineos – Grenadier.

If the last two edition of La Vuelta have been won on rim brakes by Primož ROGLIČ , this year the odds are thin for the Vuelta to be won on rim brakes as Primož is now on disc.

Will the Vuelta be won by disc brakes bike or rim brakes? Whichever is fine, I only gather facts and have no particular preference. For sure the rim brakes era is fading away.

This post is dedicated to the Giro d’Italia 2021’s Team Bikes and Riders Start list. It is an ongoing project started and I will try to keep this page updated as time goes.

The 2021 Giro d’Italia edition starts May 8th with an Individual Time Trial (ITT) and ends on May 30th in Milano with another ITT.

As they say in finance, past performances doesn’t guarantee future results. Each edition of the Giro is unpredictable and I feel it is even more prevalent since 2020.
