Israel-Premier Tech Pro Team is the first Israeli professional team in the world.
The team owners are Ron Baron and Sylvan Adams.
Team management for the season 2022 is made of one General Manager; Kjell Carlström and six “Assistant Directeur Sportif”.
They are Claudio Cozzi, Dirk Demol, Gordon Fraser, René Andrle, Steve Bauer, Zak Dempster.
The team UCI Abbreviation code is ISN.

Israel-Premier Tech 2022 Pro Team Bikes Factor‘s OSTRO VAM, O2 VAM and ONE V2 depending on racing requirements, and Black Inc’s full range of wheels including the TWENTY, THIRTY, FORTY FIVE and SIXTY.
The team Factor’s bike are equipped with Shimano Dura Ace R9200 12 speed Di2 group set. All bearings are CeramicSpeed ceramic bearings to optimize marginal gains by decreasing rolling frictions. Crank, Chainrings and Powermeter are from Rotor.
Brakes are tuned up with Swiss Stop pads and discs.
Black Inc handlebars, stems and seat post. Black Inc wheels are rolling on Maxxis tires.
Selle Italia provides the saddles and Elite the bottle cage and bidons.
Hammerhead GPS head units and Shimano pedals complete the bikes specification list.
Each rider of the Israel-Premier Tech 2022 Pro Team has access to the three models. Despite each models being of slight different geometry, they ride the 3 models in same size. Meaning is a rider rides size 54, he has the three models in the size 54.
The team Strategy
Out of the thirty team members, thirteen are Sprinters which represents 43% of the team. With the integration of Giacomo Nizzolo the team will definitely aim at more stages and race wins.
The second main group of the team are the Time Trialist, they are ten of them, making it roughly 33% of the team.
The remaining for the team is composed of climbers and General Classification (GC) experienced riders such as Michael Woods, Ben Hermans, Jacob Fulsang, Daryl Impey and Chris Froome.
By looking at the Israel-Premier Tech team 2022 composition it is evident the team is targeting at more wins throughout the year with strong and experienced riders in all the specialities of riding.

FUGLSANG Jakob, CLARKE Simon, FROOME Chris, GOLDSTEIN Omer, HOULE Hugo, IMPEY Daryl, NEILANDS Krists, and WOODS Michael are competing on the Tour de France 2022.
BEVIN Patrick, DE MARCHI Alessandro, EINHORN Itamar, WOODS Michael, IMPEY Daryl, HAGEN Carl Fredrik, GOLDSTEIN Omer, and FROOME Chris are racing La Vuelta a Espana 2022.
