INEOS Grenadiers 2022 Team is looking very strong. In fact there are so many talented riders I wonder who will serve as Domestique on the Grand Tours. Just kidding.
The purpose of this page is to serve as a hub linking to each riders as I review their bikes over the year(s).
INEOS Grenadier ended 2021 as 2nd highest team in the UCI points ranking. First was Quick – Step Alpha Vinyl.
The team led by Dave Brailsford is famous for its “Aggregation to Marginal Gain” strategy.

Brailsford’s Strategy
James Clear explains in his book “Atomic Habit” how Sir Brailsford focussed in improving every single beats of everything related to cycling by 1%. When all added the improvement are expected to be significant.
The team is designed to win General Classifications races and more specifically the three Grand Tours that are the Giro D’Italia, Tour de France and La Vuelta a Espana. However they also have strong contenders for the Classics with Tom Pidcock, Ethan Hayter, Luke Rowe, Magnus Sheffield, Dylan van Baarle and Adam Yates.
GANNA Filippo, KWIATKOWSKI Michał, ROWE Luke, SHEFFIELD Magnus, TURNER Ben, VAN BAARLE Dylan, WURF Cameron are racing the Paris-Roubaix 2022.
CARAPAZ Richard, CASTROVIEJO Jonathan, TULETT Ben, NARVÁEZ Jhonatan, PORTE Richie, PUCCIO Salvatore, SIVAKOV Pavel, SWIFT Ben are racing the Giro D’Italia 2022.
CASTROVIEJO Jonathan, GANNA Filippo, MARTÍNEZ Daniel Felipe, PIDCOCK Thomas, ROWE Luke, THOMAS Geraint, VAN BAARLE Dylan, and YATES Adam are racing the Tour de France 2022 .
VAN BAARLE Dylan, TURNER Ben, SIVAKOV Pavel, RODRÍGUEZ Carlos, PLAPP Luke, HAYTER Ethan, GEOGHEGAN HART Tao, and CARAPAZ Richard are racing La Vuelta a Espana 2022.
Pinarello Bikes
INEOS Grenadiers 2022 team races on Pinarello bikes. The whole team races on the Pinarello Dogma F disc for the first time. The team used rim brakes until the end of 2021 season.
The bikes are built with Shimano Dura Ace Di2 9200 groupset. This is the 12 speed electronic shifted group. Pedals and wheels are also from Shimano. Rubbers are from Continental Tubeless and Tubulars.
Saddles and bar tapes are from Prologo. Handlebars/stem are from MOST, the components brand of Pinarello.
Garmin Provides the GPS head units.
Riders wear BioRacer jerseys kit and Kask helmets.
