Jumbo-Visma 2022 Cycling Team is the main contender competing to win the Grand Tours. The team is strong on all profiles and types of races.
Wout Van Aert World and Primož Rogliz, respectively finishing the 2021 UCI world ranking as number 2 and 3 are the obvious headliners of the team.
But it would be unfair to stop thinking they are the only talented riders of the team.
A good part of the team is focussed in the Flandrian classics while the rest are Grand Tours specialists.

VAN AERT Wout, AFFINI Edoardo, LAPORTE Christophe, ROOSEN Timo, TEUNISSEN Mike, VAN DIJKE Mick, VAN HOOYDONCK Nathan are racing the Paris-Roubaix 2022.
DUMOULIN Tom, AFFINI Edoardo, BOUWMAN Koen, EENKHOORN Pascal, FOSS Tobias, LEEMREIZE Gijs, OOMEN Sam, VAN EMDEN Jos are racing the Giro d’Italia 2022.
ROGLIČ Primož, BENOOT Tiesj, KRUIJSWIJK Steven, KUSS Sepp, LAPORTE Christophe, VAN AERT Wout, VAN HOOYDONCK Nathan, and Jonas VINGEGAARD are participating the Tour de France 2022.
ROGLIČ Primož, AFFINI Edoardo, OOMEN Sam, KUSS Sepp, GESINK Robert, TEUNISSEN Mike, HARPER Chris, and DENNIS Rohan are racing La Vuelta a Espana 2022.
Cervelo Bikes
Jumbo-Visma 2022 Men Cycling Team is racing on Cervelo bikes. The whole team has access to four models of bikes dedicated for specific type of races.
The bikes are Cervelo S5 for the sprinters and flat races profile.
The new R5 for climbers and mountain stages.
Cervelo Caledonia 5 on the Flandrian classics.
Then the Cervelo P5 for Time Trials.
The bikes are equipped with Shimano Dura Ace Di2 12 speed 9200 groupset.
The team races officially on Shimano wheels fitted with Vittoria tires.
Yet some rider have been spotted winning Tour de France 2021 mountain stage on unbranded Vision Metron 45 SL .
The riders touch points are Fizik saddles and FSA seat post. FSA stems, handlebars and Shimano Dura Ace pedals.
The S5 and P5 use Cervelo proprietary seat post and handlebars/stems.
Garmin provides the GPS head units and Shimano the power sensors.
Tacx supplies the bottle cages and bottles.
Jumbo-Visma team 2022 wears AGU jerseys and bibs, Lazer helmets and AGU sunglasses. The whole team has Shimano’s S-Phyre RC902 premium white available to them assuming the size fit them.
